"Finally, a site that doesn’t make shopping a headache"
Shopping online can be such a hassle sometimes, but this site was actually easy to use. I found the shirts and sizes without having to click around forever or get annoyed. The pages loaded quickly, checkout was simple, and the product info and pictures were clear enough that I wasn’t sitting there guessing what I was buying. It was just a smooth experience overall, which is sadly not always the case these days. No complaints from me.

"Super quick delivery, at least for my order"
I ordered from Oxwhite the delivery was faster than I expected. The tracking was straightforward too, so I wasn’t left wondering where my parcel was. I guess shipping experience can depend on where you live or how busy the period is, but for my order, it was really smooth. No complaints from me

"Shockingly, they actually had what I needed"
I was pleasantly surprised to find the sizes I needed actually in stock for once. No hassle, no weird substitutions, no dramatic treasure hunt through empty shelves. It was almost like shopping is supposed to be this simple.

I ordered a few shirts and was kind of in a rush when I opened the package, but overall the packing looked good. Everything was folded neatly, and the outer bag wasn’t ripped or anything. The only thing I noticed was one corner of the box had a small dent, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I’d give the packaging a solid 4 stars.

"Not really breathable"
I wanted to like this, but the material just holds in heat. After a little while, I felt sweaty and uncomfortable, and that whole thing was kind of disappointing.

"Doesn’t seem to hold up well after washing"
They felt really nice when I first got them, but after just a few washes, they already don’t look the same. The fabric has gotten a little rough and the fit/shape is kind of off now, even though I followed the washing instructions. Maybe these shirts just aren’t meant to last that long, which is disappointing for the price. They’re not terrible, but based on this pair, I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

The stitching on my shirt looks neat overall. I did notice one loose thread, which made me wonder if they rushed that part a bit, but it’s not a big deal so far.

I ordered the same size I’ve bought before, but the fit was completely different this time. One shirt fit fine, and another was way too tight. It’s frustrating, especially because it feels like no one really pays attention to these sizing issues.

"Good updates throughout"
I had a good experience with OXWHITE. The best part was the updates. They kept me posted about my order. I didn’t have to keep checking or guessing.
Delivery took a little while. But I always knew what was going on. That made it feel easy. Overall, I’m happy and would order again.

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
I was trying to buy a few things, but the checkout was just slow, slow, slow. My payment didn’t go through the first time and there wasn’t really any clear reason why, which was frustrating. I had to refresh the page and re-enter some details again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when you’re just trying to pay and be done, it gets annoying fast. Really hope they sort it out.

"Comfy fabric, but I don’t know why it didn’t hold up better"
The fabric felt soft when I first got it, and it was comfortable enough for everyday wear. It’s not too thick either, so I could still wear it on warmer days without feeling too hot.
I don’t know why, but after a few washes it started feeling a little less smooth than it did at the beginning. It’s still wearable and not bad overall, but for the price I was hoping it would stay a bit softer.

I reached out to ask about my order , and it took way too long to get a reply . When they finally answered , it was super short and didn’t really clear anything up . I ended up having to follow up again , which was frustrating

The sizing was exactly what I expected, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to deal with an exchange or guess between sizes like I’ve had to with some other brands. Fit was spot on right out of the package.

i ordered from oxwhite.com and the tracking was really easy to follow. after placing the order, i got a link with updates, so i could check where my parcel was without having to guess.

delivery took around the time they mentioned, maybe just a little later, but it wasn’t a big deal. the updates were clear enough and i didn’t feel lost at any point.

overall, it was a smooth experience. i didn’t need to contact support, which is always a plus for me.

"Transparency felt more like a sales pitch"
I went in hoping for clear, straightforward info to back up their transparency claims, but a lot of it felt vague. I had to dig around more than I expected, and even then I didn’t feel like I got the full picture. Maybe it’s not terrible, but it gave me the vibe that they’re more focused on getting your money than actually being upfront. Didn’t leave me feeling confident. 2 stars.
